Shipping and Return Policy
Standard Order Processing: Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours - and during weekend hours whenever possible. Orders for in stock items are generally shipped in 1 business day after your order is received. Note that orders for custom builds and modified items will take extra time (2-3 days is typical) to process before shipping out. Please allow standard shipping time of approximately 1 - 5 business days for orders within the USA.
International Orders: International shipping time is typically 6 - 10 business days in transit plus customs clearing time. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for international though times can still vary. Sk8Kings is not responsible for additional duties or taxes levied by your local customs authority and any charges levied will be your responsibility. The assessment of these charges will vary by country and this process is out of our control - but we will do everything we can to prepare the package for smooth customs clearance. Please check with your local postal authority in advance if you are unfamiliar with the regulations of your destination country.
Returns / Exchanges / Warranty: We are committed to quality items and excellent customer service - so will do everything we can to make your shopping experience with Sk8Kings a positive one. Please choose your items carefully as we generally do not accept returns for refund. We are happy to answer questions you may have to help you make the right choice the first time. Return/exchange requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Shipping costs are not refundable and a restocking fee may apply if an item is accepted for refund. No return for exchange will be possible after 30 days. Only unused products will be accepted for exchange. If an exchange request is accepted - you agree to pay shipping costs to return the item to us and to have the exchange merchandise shipped back to you. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this rule at our discretion.
If you receive items damaged or missing in transit - please notify us immediately so we can rectify the problem. If you believe you have received a defective product - you must contact us within 30 days of receipt - to arrange for a replacement of that item. In most cases, we'll require the defective item be returned to us to complete the process.
