to" information will be retained and will automatically fill-in
each time you return by logging in with your user id and password.

CONVENIENT
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal or
your check/money order.
Credit card payments are processed directly at checkout using the Authorize.net secure system.
For Paypal payment -- please complete your order choosing the "check" payment option (use check number 111) to generate your order invoice through our store. Next, log into your paypal account at paypal.com and choose "send money" option. Send your paypal payment (noting your order number in the comments) to paypal id: sk8kings@aol.com to complete your order.
Check or money order -- complete your order, print a copy of your order/invoice and mail with your payment to: SK8KINGS, P.O.
Box 20354, Fountain Valley, CA 92728-0354.
SHIPPING
Most orders ship same day or within 24 hours of receipt when paying
with credit card or Paypal. (If using check/money order payment -- products
ship once payment is received and verified. Please allow extra time if choosing this payment method.)
Domestic Shipping within Continental USA -- we
use US Postal (usps) and Fed Ex Ground for shipping to your home or business. You will receive an email notice upon shipment with specific information. Transit times vary but typically take 1 - 5 days in transit.
Non-Contiguous Destination Shipping Costs -- Additional shipping cost may be assessed for shipping destinations outside of the continental USA (including Hawaii, Alaska and US terrirtories abroad) for larger packages that would typically be sent via ground carrier. Shipping adjustment -- if necessary -- will be determined upon receipt of order and we will notify via email shipping options and amount due to complete the order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We
welcome our international customers and gladly ship to most destinations worldwide. So that we may handle your order efficiently, please note the following guidelines.
International Shipping Costs -- The international shipping charge must be manually calculated and will not be added automatically to your order when using our on-line store. We use US Postal Service (usps) for all international orders. Options, rates and transit times vary depending on the destination country as well as the size/weight of the package. Before placing an international order
-- it is best to request a specific shipping price quote first at: info@sk8kings.com.
Please include a description of the order items (example -- "one complete skateboard" or "set of 4 wheels"), the destination country and your preferred method of payment (credit card or paypal) when you write.
International Order Placement Instructions-- International orders may be placed through our webstore, however, the additional shipping charge must be paid to finalize the order for shipping. The shopping cart DOES NOT calculate international shipping (so the amount on the order will be disregarded).
For credit card orders, the additional shipping amount can be re-billed to the credit card used. If using paypal, complete your order through the store and await receipt of a paypal payment request from Sk8Kings which will include the additional shipping charge/adjusted order total to pay.
Normal Transit Times for International Shipping - Transit times quoted are estimates only and are not guaranteed arrival times. Normally international packages are handled efficiently and arrive quickly, however, there are many factors that can cause delay in transit which are out of our control. This is especially a factor during holiday mailing seasons and other busy times of the year. Most delays occur while packages pass through foreign customs after leaving the USA. Please allow for possible delays in transit. On-line tracking service is usually available with Priority and Express mail classes. First Class International and some flat rate economy packs do not offer on-line tracking but will be insured for transit.
Other Important International Order Policies -- Please
note we reserve the right to limit and specify acceptable payment and shipping
methods for some countries. SK8KINGS will not be responsible
for additional duties or taxes levied by local government, customs or postal
authorities in the
receiving country (shipping destination) on orders shipped outside the continental
United States. Any such charges levied by the receiving country will be
the responsibility of the customer (person placing order according to shipping
address) and customer agrees to assume this responsibility upon placing
an order with SK8KINGS. The
assessments of these types of charges may vary by country and are out of
the control
of
SK8KINGS - though we will do everything we can to prepare the package for smooth customs clearance. Please check
with your local government, customers and/or postal authority in advance
if you are unfamiliar with the local regulations of your destination country.

All sales are final and we generally do not accept returns for refund. Please
choose
your
items
carefully.
We
are
happy
to answer questions you may have to help you make the right choice the

time. Shipping costs are not refundable. A restocking fee may apply if an item is accepted for refund. No return for exchange will be possible after 30 days. Only unused products
will be accepted for exchange. If
an
exchange
is
requested within 30 days

agrees to pay
shipping costs to return the item to us and to have the exchange merchandise
shipped.
We
reserve
the
right
to
make
exceptions
to this
rule at our discretion.
WARRANTY
If you
believe you have received a defective product -- please contact us within
30 days of receipt -- to arrange for a replacement of that item. In
most cases, the defective item will be required to be returned to verify
the defect and for further handling by the respective brand/manufacturer.
Any and all returns for refund, exchange or warranty will not be accepted
without
